The images are not very detailed. Why for $50 it works on 1 iPhone only? I also have a itouch but will need to buy a 2nd app for that.

Dont buy for all the reasons already mentioned ...what a shame

if the dictionary was bundled with the app I would buy this dictionary in a second. but its not. instead you can only download it once. if something happens to your iPhone, its gone. if you want to upgrade your iPod, its gone. if you accidentally delete it from your iPhone, its gone. $50 wasted. dumb system. forget it.

Do not buy this dictionary! Once your subscription expires you no longer have access to the original dictionary. Paying a yearly subscription for updates for new word is fine if you need them but losing access to the previous edition is a greedy money grab!

unable to use this application due to sign up difficulties. Poor follow up buy company on my email. waste of money.

I read the reviews. Attempted to access my dictionary after a year and could not use it unless I renewed it for $30, just as previous posts had stated. However, after sending in an email to customer support via their web site. The company replied within 5 mins & reset my account. So I am now able to use the dictionary once again. It is very useful. I am a medic and use it regularly.

Misrepresenting App....

All I wanted were a few definitions. This app is NOT free.

Utterly DISGUSTED that this is nothing more than a “yearly rental” app! I strongly suggest go with a different product.

Total cr*p. They trying to get to your pocket not once, but every year. Go with Darlands. They have a fair deal.

I find it useful & different from other medical dictionaries. The Introduction (something that most people never read) is almost worth the price of the app (well, Im exaggerating a bit). Anyway, the introduction is amusing & the dictionary is useful to medical students & health care professionals. Other medical dictionaries are grossly overpriced. It would be nice if this one were cheaper, but Im satisfied with what I got.

I dont more than 2 days with out referring to it. Love the mobility!

As a doctor age 68, I vouch very strongly for the authenticity and reliability of Tabers. I carried a small copy in my lab coat pocket - what better recommendation!

It doesnt work. It says it needs to update its content. Then when you update it (and yes, it says its finished), it still wont open because you need to update it. Ive deleted and reinstalled it several times.

$40 is ridiculous! Its an app. I dont think so!

Waste of time and money & definitely not worth $42.99!!!!

Does a fairly good job of including the majority of terms I have searched.

I bought this app because I liked past editions of the book. The information is very good. I gave it two stars because they do not tell you that you must buy it again each year in order to keep it. I did not renew.
